Reading

Picking up a book
on a cold winter’s morning—
great comfort, great joy.

It's the best part after the holiday festivities simmer down.

I'm immersed in Murakami's "Coin Locker Babies"; an amazing book about two abandoned boys in current day Japan. I'll post about it when I finish...so fascinating.

I love the idea of the cold winters morning - however here in Australia, I'm hanging out in my sarong, enjoying my precious reading time in the shade, listening to summer birds and insects.. Currently reading Murakami's "underground", the account of Tokyo's gas attacks. I have posted today, my blog for "Sputnik Sweetheart'.
